Beach Quarters Resort: 501 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 Check in begins at 4pm - Check out 10am 48 hr cancellation $200 incidental authorization is required by all guests at check in. All rooms are required to have one person 21 years or older at check in and to remain the duration of the stay. Parking On-Site (1 car free. Additional cars $15/nt) A resort fee of $15 per room, per night is required at check in. Resort Fees include; Business Center, Activity Center, Beach/Boardwalk, Fitness Center, Games, Rooftop Sun Terrace, Sauna, Shuffle Board, Steam room(seasonal), Tennis, ATM, Concierge Services, Elevator, Guest Services, Security, Vending Machine, Wi-Fi, Swimming, Indoor Children's Pool, Indoor Heated Pool, Indoor Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (Seasonal) Laundry Facilities (charge), Free Parking On-Site HGV does not serve a traditional hotel breakfast, however; all rooms include a kitchen/kitchenette HGV properties are uniquely different in terms of size and amenities. Our villa style units offer accommodations with kitchen/kitchenettes, living room w/ queen sleeper sofa, and (most w/) dining room, patio/porch.
