In the event of cancellation, the Resort must be notified 60 days prior to the group’s arrival to qualify for a full refund. If any rooms is cancelled between 45 days prior to the group’s arrival, a penalty of 1 nights accommodation on each cancelled room is levied. For cancellation within 7 days prior to the group’s arrival and No Show on day of arrival, the full duration of stay will be charged on each cancelled room and no show room.
