About us
Originally biult in the 1830's, Swallows Oast is situated at Gibbs Reed Farm, East Sussex and has been well known as a banqueting hall since 1995. It is set amongst glorious scenery in the heart of East Sussex. Swallows Oast has ample room to comfortably seat 100 guests downstairs and 30 upstairs. Your ceremony will be held in the main hall with standing space in the gallery. Outside weddings are a feature here & we have a licensed Pavilion to hold Civil Ceremonies. We also offer a 3 bedroom apartment set within a secure estate.
