The timing of your cancellation has much to do with the final charges. • Cancellations need to be received in writing, addressed to the appropriate facility manager, no less than 10 business days prior to your event to avoid an administrative fee. • Cancellations received 6 to 9 business days prior to your event: —25% of your bill based on the number of guaranteed guests • Cancellations received 2 to 5 business days prior to your event: —50% of your bill based on the number of guaranteed guests • Cancellations received within 1 business day prior to your event: —100% of your bill based on the number of guaranteed guests
