Parking Garage – One of the great things about coming to Studio52 is the parking. We are less than half a block away from a 6-level parking garage. The best part? The first two hours are free and max parking is just $6. Kitchenette – Make yourself at home in our kitchenette. It has granite counter tops, a 50 lb icemaker, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Coffee Bar – Coffee makes early call times a little better. A complimentary coffee bar is included in every video production rental. Garage Door – The motorized, glass garage door can be put up to allow a nice breeze to flow in during spring and summer events, allows for easy load in and makes this a great space for product launches. Polished Concrete Floors ADA accessible – Wheelchairs are no problem. Our venue is street level and has no stairs. In addition, loading in for events and productions is easy with street level entry. Pull right up to the garage door or unload in the easily-accessible loading dock.
