Situated in the historic Shed 13 on Wellington’s Waterfront, Coffee Central is home to the Mojo Coffee headquarters and our main coffee roastery. It’s a hub for staff to gather and immerse themselves in the business. Our training facility provides world class Barista Training to Mojo staff and to the public. Shed 13 is open to the public and a popular Waterfront attraction. Visitors can enjoy the smell of freshly roasted coffee and see the coffee roasting process while taking in the heritage values of the original interior, including the original pulley systems.
