Niet roken in de accommodatie, alleen in speciale rookruimtes. We zijn een huisdiervrije faciliteit, alleen hulphonden zijn toegestaan op ons terrein.

Annuleringsbeleid

Algemeen annuleringsbeleid van ARCG Zodra de aanbetaling naar ons is verzonden, is deze niet terugbetaalbaar en niet overdraagbaar. We zullen de contracten aanpassen om de minimale financiële verplichtingen (aantal gasten) te verlagen tot 120 dagen na de datum van de retraite. Na het punt van 120 dagen kunnen contracten alleen worden gewijzigd om de minimale financiële verplichting (aantal gasten) te verhogen. Zodra een contract is aangemaakt en goedgekeurd, wordt bij annulering (zelfs voordat de aanbetaling is gedaan) $5 per deelnemer in rekening gebracht als onze annuleringskosten. Deze vergoeding gaat naar wat ARCG in rekening brengt voor softwarekosten (zelfs in het geval dat de retraite wordt geannuleerd). Binnen 7 dagen na de reservering worden geen terugbetalingen aangeboden, aangezien de minimale financiële verplichting van de groep op deze datum verschuldigd is. Als uw groep ons een aantal gasten heeft gegeven en u verlaagt dat aantal, gasten ruilt met andere gasten of met minder gasten komt dan de gevraagde pakketten, brengen we een toeslag van $5 per persoon in rekening voor late annuleringskosten om onze softwarekosten te dekken. Ons pand heeft verschillende unieke kenmerken. We hebben een prijswinnende zipline-tour. We hebben zelfs twee zipline-ervaringen van 2,5 uur op ons terrein (en nog beter, onze overnachtende gasten krijgen exclusieve tarieven). We hebben veel mooie paden verspreid over ons sequoiabos. En tot slot hebben we niet alleen uw typische stapelbedden in het kamp/conferentiecentrum, maar we hebben ook 4 huisjes en 6 boomhut-yurts (5 hoog in de bomen, 1 ADA)! Nergens anders vind je al deze unieke voorzieningen op één prachtige locatie.
