We willen graag sociale evenementen, kleinere bijeenkomsten, zakelijke bijeenkomsten, repetitiediners voor bruiloften, familiereünies. Onze maximale groep zou 70 zijn. We kunnen ook een regionale bijeenkomst houden en indien nodig de 2 andere kamers gebruiken voor breakout-bijeenkomsten.

Century II opende zijn deuren voor het bedrijfsleven op 11 januari 1969. Bij de oprichting huisvestte het centrum een concertzaal, een conferentiezaal, een tentoonstellingsruimte en een theater (dat later op 29 juni 1989 zou worden ingewijd als Mary Jane Teall Theatre). Bob Brown Expo Hall zou later in 1986 worden gebouwd. Er zouden andere structuren en parken worden ontwikkeld als aanvulling op Century II, zoals het Garvey Center ten noorden van het centrum; en in het oosten, Finlay Ross Park; en in het westen, A. Price Woodard Park.
