Hotel featuring 183 guestrooms, 12,400 square feet of flexible meeting space indoors & 11,000 square feet of event space outdoors, A Spa with Spa Pool & Event Deck, a roof-top Pool & Fitness Center, a Cafe and Hamilton's Kitchen Restaurant & Lounge. In addition, The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art (a rotating installation of contemporary art from an extraordinary trove of paintings, photographs, sculptures, and mixed-media works) is displayed throughout the hotel. Owned by Rollins College, all net operating income from The Alfond Inn is directed to scholarships at Rollins College. Located in the heart of Winter Park (frequently cited as one of the best small towns in the United States), the pace is relaxed with a neighborhood vibe that comes from walking the cobblestone streets to the elegant shops, restaurants & museums. The Alfond Inn is 15 minutes from downtown Orlando and 30 minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando International Airport.
