Sun Mountain Lodge is the ideal setting for your conference or retreat. All of our meeting/banquet rooms offer spectacular views of the North Cascades and legendary Methow River Valley. Whether your goal is all work, all play, or a little of both, Sun Mountain Lodge is a great location for your event. Our principal event space, the Pasayten Room, includes over 3,900 sq' of sunlit flooring with seating for up to 300, state-of-art A/V, a private foyer, patio and outdoor courtyard. It can also be divided in half to make two rooms seating 150 each or smaller groups might choose the Methow Room with its 1320 sq' of meeting space, commanding view, fireplace and private patio.
Cancellation Policy
Full deposit refund if event cancelled 180 or more days prior to arrival. 179-91 days prior to arrival, 30% of one night's room revenue for each room cancelled. 90-30 days prior to arrival, 50% of one night's room revenue for each room cancelled. 29-10 days prior to arrival, 100% of one night's room revenue for each room cancelled. 9-0 days prior to arrival, 100% of all room night's revenue reserved by the group for each room cancelled.
