The change of team room shall be notified to the hotel in writing by the event organizer. If the event organizer cancels the number of rooms in excess of the above free amount, the event organizer must pay the full rate of the cancellation as compensation. If all your confirmed reservation needs are postponed or cancelled, the hotel reserves the right to claim according to the cancellation clause above.
