Le Lti Xanthe Resort & Spa est situé directement sur la longue plage de sable à pente plate de Side. Side est à environ 7 km. Complexe moderne et adapté aux familles, composé de 4 bâtiments de 3 étages et d'un bâtiment de réception avec réception, hall d'accueil avec bar, restaurant principal, 3 restaurants à la carte, boutiques, salon de coiffure WLAN et coin Internet. Le jardin comprend un paysage de piscine avec un bar, une piscine pour enfants et des toboggans (disponibles toutes les heures et selon la météo). Des parasols, des chaises longues, des couvre-lits et des serviettes de bain sont disponibles gratuitement à la piscine et sur la partie de la plage gérée par l'hôtel. La piscine extérieure chauffée de taille olympique (50 x 25 m) comprend 10 couloirs de nage et des blocs de départ et peut être utilisée pour des camps d'entraînement professionnels.
