A large open planned restaurant seating up to 100, this is popular with families, groups of friends and businesses. It has a large amount of regular customers that choose to dine here. Joe Rigatonis Yarm is the perfect place to hold a wedding or christenings and can be hired free of charge on a Sunday for parties from 40-100.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.

Yarm is open from 9am serving breakfast and light snacks until 12 when the lunch menu comes into place until 2.30pm. You can enjoy teas, coffees and scones until 5pm when the happy hour and a la catre menu are made to suit.
