Om oss

Our complex offers well designed 2 & 3 bedroom apartments on the Capricorn Coast. With three apartment types to choose from, Ocean View overlooking the sea, islands and marina, Lagoon View overlooking the resort style pool and tropical gardens, Ocean Ground which has a grassed lockable courtyard that extends off the balcony – a perfect area for little ones to play. We encourage our guests to make full use of our facilities including our pool & spa area. The resort style lagoon pool has 3 large shade sails and a shallow wading area for the little ones. Situated right next to the pool and spa is our rec room offering plenty of tables, chairs and table tennis. Our newly built BBQ area is located on the grass area, which offers lots of room for the kids to run around. Our beautiful apartments focus on holiday accommodation, but we can certainly assist with long term stays, relocation accommodation and short stays between rental properties. The Yeppoon Lagoon is the jewel in the crown of the Yeppoon foreshore precinct. The 2500 square-metre resort style lagoon pool is located right on the beach front and includes a shallow children’s play area, an informal lap swimming area and a swim-up infinity edge with stunning views over the Keppel Islands. The surrounding parklands include barbecues and shades areas great for picnics or a relaxing way to while away an afternoon with stunning views under the tropical foliage. Entry to the Lagoon is free and is patrolled Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays. Two aquatic wheelchairs are available for use for children and adults at the Lagoon upon request, simply ask one of the friendly lifeguards on duty or inquire at the duty manager's office.
