Design-Boutique hotel President ligt in een groene en rustige omgeving in het stadscentrum. Het hotel ligt in de directe omgeving van het meest pittoreske en ongerepte plein van Zagreb, The British Square. Om het centrale plein te bereiken is het een wandeling van 5 minuten over de Ilica, de langste en meest indrukwekkende straat.
