About us
Schloss Prielau is situated in the idyllic city of Zell am See in Austria. While Dr. Wolfgang Porsche owns the castle, it is a hotel these days. The estate was completely renovated and adjusted to the highest standards with the typical preciseness of Porsche. We offer 2 suits, 6 double rooms and in close vicinity to the castle our “Fischerhaus”. The rooms at Schloss Prielau are furnished in the Austrian rural tradition and the interior of the hotel insinuates a joyous holiday feeling. Bright materials and the standards of international luxury are combined harmonically with the tradition of the castle and with precious antiquities. Celebrating at Schloss Prielau can be compared to champagne – it is extraordinary. Whether family celebrations, business celebrations or weddings, we devote ourselves affectionately and professionally to the planning of an event as well as to the perfect execution of the same. Celebrations ranging from 2 to 75 people are possible in the castle. Moreover, we can accommodate up to 250 guests in tents/marquees on the castle grounds.
