Total group/ event cancelation The Client will communicate any cancelations to the Hotel Group Coordination Team in writing, to which the following rules will apply: - Between the signature date to 270 days prior the group arrival date: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 20% of the estimated total revenue. - Between 269 and 180 days prior to the date of arrival of the group The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 30% of the estimated total revenue. - Between 179 and 120 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 70% of the estimated total revenue. - Between 119 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 90% of the estimated total revenue. - Less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 100% of the estimated total revenue.
