With this in mind, we are happy to provide additional rate options, allowing the guest to chose which option provides the best value. Although each hotel has fixed published rates, we offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions, depending on the demand. Guarantee Policy Credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation. In case of a no show the total value of the reservation will be charged. However details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen. Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy differs from your booking. I case of a Saver Rate, the rate is non-refundable and non-changeable. If you have booked a Flexible rate, your reservation may be cancelled till 2 days prior to arrival before 3pm. Cancellations after this time or in case of a now show the total value of the reservation will be charged.
