Additional details
At Restaurant L’invite we work exclusively with pure, unprocessed ingredients. Fresh fish from the market, Dutch local meat and beautiful, mostly organic, seasonal vegetables. All dishes are ‘honest’ and artisan prepared. Expect no fancy taste-bombs and explosions in the mouth. Our tasting menu is consists of identifiable items, inspired by the French classics, but with the best local products and some interesting twists. Patron-Cuisinier Sico de Moel adjusts every tasting to the specific needs, likes or dislikes of our guests. Frequent guests of the restaurant often come back for their favorites, but can be surprised by something new.
