H1898 offers guests the opportunity to explore traditional Catalan cuisine at our restaurant on the main floor of the hotel, featuring lovely views of the Ramblas of Barcelona. It is a great environment in which to relish the creations of our chef Carles Boronat, whose dishes and tapas are made with the freshest ingredients available from the Boquería marketplace, blending traditional Mediterranean flavors with exotic ingredients.
