Reservations are confirmed when a signed confirmation, non-refundable deposit, and a credit card guarantee are received. If for some unseen reason your event must be cancelled, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than six weeks prior to the event will be charged 50% of the total estimated charges including beverages and staffing. Any cancellations made less than three weeks prior to the event will incur 100% of the total estimated charges.
Additional details
Included in any rental fee is the layout and setup of tables and chairs for the event. This fee also includes the breakdown after the event, and mopping of the floors. The Baxter asks all parties to inform us in advance of any special needs of renters and guests so that The Baxter can try to accommodate them.
