Freestyle was the dream of Martin Duncan from an early age and became a reality when he opened his first FreestyleTout (tout meaning everything or all) Restaurant in Rosalie, Brisbane in 1996. This began as a gallery and florist with coffee and dessert. Freestyle Tout has grown into a dessert cafe with an iconic reputation throughout Brisbane and Australia. It’s the perfect place to catch up for a drink, lunch, dinner or our famous desserts and jug cocktails.
