The JW Marriott Charlotte opened as a new property in August 2021. As the first JW in the Carolinas, the hotel offers upscale luxury amenities for an authentic Queen City experience. The 22 story building includes 381 guest rooms with 34 suites and amazing city views from all angles. Even with a new property, we’re even more proud of our exceptional team. According to Marriott International's Event Satisfaction Survey (ESS), the JW Marriott Charlotte was ranked #2 among all JW hotels in North America in 2023 (based upon event delivery, event execution, and guest’s intent to recommend the property)! The hotel is also located less than a block from the Charlotte Lynx Blue Line which runs north/south through the Queen City. If driving, the hotel is just off of I-277 and easy to access off the interstate.
