The Apartment - BUYOUT

Looking for a bit more privacy and square footage? Why not treat yourself to a buyout of our Apartment? This "go all out" option comes with exclusive access to the entire mezzanine floor of the hotel. And because our Apartment is such a flexible and versatile space, all the existing furniture can be rearranged based on the group's specific needs, in order to create a truly unique and productive event, without sacrificing the look, feel and comforts of home. Normally, the Livingroom, Pantry/KItchen and Dining Table are all shared features of The Apartment but this is not the case with a buyout. It's all yours! The space even comes with its own bathrooms, so there's no trekking up/down stairs or waiting on an elevator until your ready to leave for the day. Pricing for all our Apartment is always super simple and headache free. It's never based on the expected guest count and there is never a required F&B minimum for weekday, daytime meetings (Monday-Friday, before 5pm). Instead it’s just one flat fee (per room, plus tax), which we call our Apartment Kit, and it includes all the necessities: • Continental breakfast (variety of pastries, cereals, yogurt, OJ, coffee and hot tea) • All day, continuous beverage and snack breaks (includes coffee and hot tea) • Fiber optic Wi-Fi internet access • Flat screen TV with AV hook ups available • Flip charts and markers • Polycom • Unlimited basic office supplies • Unlimited print jobs • Onsite support from our experienced Apartment Host. This also means, the only additional out of pocket cost would be if the group wanted to enjoy a more hearty “upgraded” breakfast and/or lunch in the space. And it just so happens we offer very reasonable lunch options starting at $16.00 per person (plus tax and service) for an assortment of culinary sandwiches. Since The Apartment’s layout and function was inspired by a co-working space (but with a much homier look and feel), it’s capable of accommodating more than one group at the same time. If your group finds themselves sharing The Apartment, then the Pantry and Livingroom both become communal spaces but their contracted space of course remains fully private.
