The Apartment - Drafting & Mapping Room

One of the beauties of our Apartment is its flexibility and versatility. Pull the airwall open between our Drafting and Mapping and voila! You now have 1 larger space that is ideal for accommodating the ever-popular U-shape setup. Just as easily, you can transition into breakout sessions by closing the airwall to create 2 fully functional (yet separate) spaces. When the airwall is open, the 2 55” TVs are able to mirror each other seamlessly or they can be used independently to display different content all together. Pricing for all our Apartment spaces is always super simple and headache free. It's never based on the expected guest count and there is never a required F&B minimum for weekday, daytime meetings (Monday-Friday, before 5pm). Instead it’s just one flat fee (per room, plus tax), which we call our Apartment Kit, and it includes all the necessities: • Continental breakfast (variety of pastries, cereals, yogurt, OJ, coffee and hot tea) • All day, continuous beverage and snack breaks (includes coffee and hot tea) • Fiber optic Wi-Fi internet access • Flat screen TV with AV hook ups available • Flip charts and markers • Polycom • Unlimited basic office supplies • Unlimited print jobs • Onsite support from our experienced Apartment Host. This also means, the only additional out of pocket cost would be if the group wanted to enjoy a more hearty “upgraded” breakfast and/or lunch in the space. And it just so happens we offer very reasonable lunch options starting at $16.00 per person (plus tax and service) for an assortment of culinary sandwiches. Since The Apartment’s layout and function was inspired by a co-working space (but with a much homier look and feel), it’s capable of accommodating more than one group at the same time. If your group finds themselves sharing The Apartment, then the Pantry and Livingroom both become communal spaces but their contracted space of course remains fully private.
