Deposits paid under this agreement will not be refunded in case of cancellation. When cancelling specific premises or parts of areas, any price reduction is decided by Kistameassan. Cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of total cancellation, the Client shall pay as follows: Ten (10) % of the total value of this agreement if cancelled earlier than twelve (12) months prior to the implementation. Fifty (50) % of the total value of this agreement upon cancellation six to twelve (6- 12) months prior to implementation. One hundred (100) % of this Agreement total value cancellation later than six (6) months before implementation.
