Additional details
Moltke’s Palace was certified by the international eco-label Green Key in 2023. We have therefore implemented several sustainability initiatives focusing on the climate and environment. A visit to Moltke’s Palace is a visit to a venue that meets several requirements for, among other things, ecology, waste management, eco-labelled products, food waste etc. Moltke’s Palace was also awarded with the bronze label by The Organic Cuisine Label in 2021, since 30-60 % of our ingredients are organic. Our kitchen team strives to create menus inspired by the season using local suppliers.
