Fundamentally, the Event Organizer may not bring food & beverages to the event. In special cases, a written agreement can be reached permitting such an arrangement: in such cases; the Hotel charges a service fee or a corkage fee, respectively.

Cancellation policy for groups • Free cancellation by the Event Organizer up to 90 days before the first arrival date. • 30% reduction can be made without charge by 60 days before arrival. • 20% reduction can be made without charge by 30 days before arrival. • 10% reduction can be made without charge by 15 days before arrival. Any later rooms cancelation will result in a penalty of 100 % of the contracted rooms.
