PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION Please note that these terms apply to the hire of Trades Hall only and separate arrangements for catering shuould be made direct with the caterer. Any payments may be paid by Bank Transfer, Cash, Card or Cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Trades House of Glasgow (Services) Ltd and can only be accepted at least 14 days prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, the Client agrees the following scale of charges will apply: Period of notice prior to event Percentage Payable More than 6 months Full deposit Within 6 months 15% of estimated total Within 3 months 30% of estimated total Within 60 days 50% of estimated total Within 30 days 75% of estimated total Within 14 days 100% of estimated total
