Cancellation meetingrooms: In the event of cancellation of the reservation, in whole or in part, the hotel will charge the following percentages of the cancelled value as cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation within 12 weeks before the activity date (100+ persons) 25% In the event of cancellation within 8 weeks before the activity date (50+ persons) 40% In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks before the activity date 60% In the event of cancellation within 3 weeks before the activity date 70% In the event of cancellation within 2 weeks before the activity date 80% In the event of cancellation within 1 week before the activity date 100% To enable us to make preparations and ensure the proper progress of your meeting, we would appreciate it if you notify us of the final number of persons 2 weeks before arrival (based on the above conditions). We also offer you the possibility of reducing the reserved number of persons by 10% without charge until 2 working days before the activity date. If we do not receive any changes in the numbers, you will be charged for the number of persons reserved. If we have rented any materials, services or other items from a third party or parties for your reservation, the cancellation charges will depend on the conditions of the supplier in question.
