The Stag & Huntsman maintains the old world charm of a classic English village pub, with myriad cozy drinking and eating spaces, nine bedrooms and a pretty garden. It is in the beautiful village of Hambleden, nestled into the Chiltern Hills, between Henley and Marlow and just up from the River Thames. The Stag & Huntsman is a lovely venue for a party, family gathering, shoot dinner or even small wedding. The kitchen team can create special, bespoke menus for 8-40 people, who can be comfortably seated in the dining room. If the sun is shining, the pub offers hog-roasts and BBQs for up to 150 guests in the enclosed gardens. There are nine good-sized, comfortable bedrooms and these can be block booked for functions.
