The Laylow consists of 251 guest rooms and suites can accommodate group that are rooms only. Peak group season is defined as January - May with the hotel accepting group blocks up to 75 rooms in peak. High Season for Leisure is defined as June 1 - August 15 and thus group blocks will be limited to 50 rooms in peak. Low season for group is historically defined as Mid August - Mid December with the hotel accepting group blocks of up to 80 rooms in peak. For group events, Hideout Restaurant and Bar is an open air venue with two fire pits on either side of Hideout's lanai (balcony) that allows for up to 100 people reception style.
