Our cancellation policy depends on the contract or booking type, but typically we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to arrival.
Additional details
Our reception team is available 24/7 and always happy to assist you! Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. For your convenience, a designated smoking area is available at the front of the building. Please note that smoking in your room will result in a €250 fine.

We do not use plastic straws, cups, or cutlery, and all in-room amenities come in large refillable bottles to help reduce waste and support sustainability.
