Best Western Plus John Bauer Hotel is a modern boutique hotel situated in the very center of Jönköping by the lake Munksjön. Directly adjacent to the hotel is our very own restaurant Ester Kök & Bar and it is open Monday-Saturday. At the hotel there is also a nice lounge bar with two balconies where you can enjoy the sun in good weather. There are 106 rooms and 6 conference rooms. Our hotel rooms are divided into five different room types: Standard, Vip, Deluxe, Junior suites and Suite. Some of the rooms have a view of the lake Munksjön. All rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, flatscreen-TV, flat-iron and board, Wi-Fi, telephone and minibar. We also offer hypoallergenic rooms and rooms specially adapted for people with disabilities. Some of the rooms are also designed in different themes. Dogs are welcome, please state when you make you reservation. All guests are offered tea and coffee for free and access to the relax with sauna and gym. Upon availability it is possible to book a parking space in the hotel garage and charge to the room. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the main bus and train station and it is an easy access to the hotel from the highway. Around the corner you will find the best shopping and cafes and there is many nice walking paths and near to the Vättern beach as well as the Match museum and so much more.
