CANCELLATION POLICY OR NO SHOWS POLICY APPLICABLE Please note that reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subjected to cancellation and no-show fees as follows: • 15 days prior to the event a 50% will be charged of the total quotation value • Cancellation with less than 7days will attract a 100% cancellation fee. • Total rooms guaranteed shall be charged in full on the first nights and actual for the subsequent nights after receiving reduction in numbers notification not later than 11am • Late check out up to 12.00 is free (Subject to availability) • Late check out up 12.00 to 6.00pm is subject to 50% charge of room rate. • After 6.00pm – a full night charge will apply.
