Yes, Individual toiletries are replaced with larger format toiletries bottles for shampoo, body wash and hand was in all rooms and public toilets.

Yes, We use Aqueous Ozone Lotus Pro as the all area cleaning system which kills 99.9% of all bacteria . Rooms, including soft furnishings, duvets, pillows, headboards, vents and all touchpoints are cleaned using this system across EMEA.
