The majestic Grand Hotel Principe is situated nearby the ski-lifts of the “Riserva Bianca” area and a few steps from the center of Limone Piemonte, queen of the snow and of the ski in the Maritime Alps, one of the most ancient ski resort in Italy. The imposing stone building belongs to the thirties and it has a special charm which it melts with the comfortable and cordial atmosphere of the rooms and of the restaurant overlooked the large park where are located the solarium and the heated swimming pool. In addition, it houses a well equipped meeting room as well.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
