With 24 meeting rooms and 80 bedrooms available on-site, whether you're looking for a venue for a day meeting or a residential training event, there are facilities here to support you. CIM Business Centre features a wide range of hybrid meeting rooms, including large conference spaces with a capacity of 130 people, to smaller meeting rooms and syndicate boardrooms. Make the most of direct access from your meeting room to our team building lawns, coffee lounges and private dining restaurant.​

Over the past fifteen (15) years, we’ve grown from one (1) Thriller vessel to the current operation of three (3) Thriller Vessels, and one (1) Thriller Miami Hurricane that were built for Miami’s character, charm, and local culture. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
