Has your hotel taken steps to reduce single-use plastics, such as removing plastic straws (except upon request for guests with disabilities), stirrers and cotton buds? If yes, please provide detail as to the steps you have taken to reduce single use plastics?
Yes, we have taken significant steps to reduce single-use plastics across our property. In line with our sustainability goals: Plastic straws and stirrers have been completely removed, and are only provided upon request for guests with disabilities. Cotton buds made from plastic stems have been replaced with eco-friendly alternatives. Bathroom amenities are offered in refillable dispensers rather than single-use containers. We also encourage guests to use refillable water bottles, supported by filtered water stations available in select areas. These actions are part of our broader commitment to environmental responsibility and promoting sustainable hospitality.
