Customer must pay a 50% deposit of the estimated total rental fee upon execution of the rental agreement. The balance of the rental fee is due at least 5 days prior to the rental period. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will not be refunded the deposit unless cancellation occurs at least 10 days or more prior to event. If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the event, the balance will not be refunded. Cancellations must be submitted by email to 1415meeting@bocatc.org or by fax to (402) 561-0598
