Yes, Straws and plastics are not provided unless the guests specifically asks for them indicating a need.

Yes, The pillow is protected by two coverings: 1) a pillow cover 2) a pillowcase. The pillowcase serves as the primary pillow protection and is changed between each guest. Duvets and bathrobes are cleaned between guests as well.
