Transportation from Puerto Vallarta’s International Airport is available via air-conditioned Suburban and vans. The Bay of Banderas is a world famous nature sanctuary for many varieties of whales, dolphins, manta ray and turtles. This Whale Watching Tour is designed to offer you a closer look at the world in which these magnificentcreatures livein. Humpback whales, one of the largest mammals known to inhabit the world are regularly sighted in the Bay of Banderas between the months of December to March. Known to be extremely intelligent and having complex social patterns, their sheer size and unwatched grace is something that definitely needs to be seen. Averaging 48 ft (almost 15 m) in length and weighing between 30 to 50 tons, to catch a glimpse of a whale swimming of sometimes, soaring out of the water is a highly emotionalexperience. Professional guides, experienced in marine mammalian behaivor and protection, lead our whale tour. You will find they are completely impassioned by their mission to bring you an unforgettable experience while giving you a greater understanding of the whales’ behavior and evironment. A scenic tour through country roads, mountains, beach and the village of Higuera Blanca. The tour combines country roads, mildly challenging river streams, village roads, cross country and beach riding. We recommend comfortable clothes, tennis or hiking shoes, a change of clothes, bug spray (preferably organic), extra cash for souvenirs, meals or photos.
