Hotel’s cancellation charges are calculated using a percentage of the total amount of the booking excluding service charge. This amount is based on a sliding scale depending on how far from the arrival date the booking is cancelled. Arrival date is defined as the first arrival day of delegates for either accommodation or event space, including set up days. The closer to arrival date that the booking cancels, the less likely we are to be able to re-sell the space, hence the cancellation charges are higher. You will also be charged for any 3rd party services booked on your behalf where cancellation charges apply. The total booking amount includes all room rental charges, contracted catering and accommodation charges. Numbers will be calculated according to either final numbers given or minimum guaranteed numbers, whichever is the higher.
