Grand Ballroom of over 1,600 sq.m. (16,578 sq.ft.) designed to accommodate up to 2.100 guests in theater style and 1.350 in banquet style. Features: - adorned with tapestries dating back to the 17th Century - easily divisible into 4 fully soundproofed sections - Section 1, 2 and 3 are 310 sq.m. (3,337 sq.ft.) each and can accommodate up to 300 delegates in theater style or 150 delegates in classroom style - Section 4 measures 608 sq.m. (6,545 sq.ft.) and can accommodate 600 delegates in theater style or 370 delegates in classroom style - section 4 has a built-in stage measuring over 100 sq.m. (1’108 sq.ft.) with a 7 x 4 m screen for back projection - ceiling height of 5.80m (19.2 ft.) - lighter, flexible panels easily movable by one person - 89 aerial hanging points, each one with a capacity of holding up to 250kg (550 pounds) - acoustic roof and wall damping tiles have been installed in order to absorb sound up to 52 decibels - each electric socket have a capacity of 150 KW - enhanced audio and differentiated projector points, which includes one soft edge projector covering the perimeter of the Ballroom - new RGB LEDs that allows light shadows and colored lighting to transform the space according to the client’s wishes. The LED’s are placed all over the ballroom, allowing different colored atmospheres, independent from one section to another - most of the decorative materials used for panels and doors reflect and absorb light, as well as colors - audio/video control points are accessible anywhere in the Ballroom - hidden electric cables and wires, with only 6mm (0.02 ft.) of visible wire line - independent entrance ensures easy handling of large showpieces and offers the possibility to enable large-volume exhibitions
