Yes, We have removed straws and switched from plastic stirrers to wood. We have removed the vanity kits from the room and they are available on request. We also use bulk bathroom amenities instead of the individual plastic bottles.

Yes, Any bedding or towels in rooms are cleaned and washed even if they have not been used. Ironing boards on request and iron board covers cleaned after check out.
