Hotel Guestroom rates are normally dynamic – changing to market demand. When you arrange a Block of rooms, you can provide your guests with a static rate during your celebratory weekend. Before moving forward decide on what type of block fits your need; Guaranteed or Courtesy. Speak with your Hotel Representative to confirm availability. Guaranteed Group Blocks Guaranteed Group Blocks are limited and based on several components; • Client/Group Contact is financial responsible for this type of block. This block requires an actualized Pick-up of 80% of the originally reserved block. If not met the Client/Group Contact pays the difference based on the group rate plus tax per night. • Availability and projected Rate Demand at time of Booking • Number of Rooms per Night allotted are (10) ten or more based on availability. • (30) Thirty Day Cut-off applies to the Group Block (30 days prior to arrival date the block and rate is closed) • Cancelation Fees Apply based on a sliding scale from 0% - 100% of total block, at time of cancellation. • Additional rooms and extended cut-off date are subject to hotel’s discretion, 80% Attrition and Cancellation Terms. Courtesy Group Blocks Courtesy Group Blocks are limited and based on several components; • Client/Group Contact is not financially responsible for this type of block. • Availability and projected Rate Demand at time of Booking • Number of Rooms per Night allotted are (10) ten. • (60) Sixty Day Cut-off applies to the Group Block (60 days prior to arrival date the block and rate is closed) • Additional rooms and extended cut-off date is subject to hotel’s discretion, 80% Attrition and Cancellation Terms.
