FLEXIBLE: If you have booked the Flexible Rate Type cancellation is free of charge until 2pm, 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Any booking modifications, including date changes and/or a full cancellation of your booking made within 48 hours of 2pm on your arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the value of the first night booked. Any booking modifications requested after check in must occur at least 48 hours prior to the change taking place to avoid any charges. Payment will be taken upon check-in. NON-REFUNDABLE: If you have booked the Non-Refundable Rate Type (including all Stay & Save Rates and the No Housekeeping Rate), any cancellation will incur the full cost of the booking, unless it is cancelled within 48 hours after the booking is made and more than 7 days prior to arrival. Booking modifications, including date changes are not allowed. Non-Refundable bookings will be charged in full upon booking confirmation. NO SHOW POLICY Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date will be treated as a no-show and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. If you have booked the Flexible Rate you will incur a charge equivalent to the first night of the booking. If you have booked any of the Non-Refundable Rates you will be charged the full cost of the booking. BOOKING MODIFICATIONS For bookings made on the Flexible Rate Type booking changes are subject to availability and any applicable charges. If a date change is possible, the originally booked nightly rate may be subject to change and a higher rate may apply. For bookings made on any of the Non-Refundable Rate Types booking modifications are not allowed. NEW YEARS EVE BOOKINGS If any night falls between 27 December and 1 January (inclusive) your booking is fully pre-paid and non-refundable. Payment will be taken at the time of booking and modifications or cancellation are not allowed.

Single, Double, Twin and King Rooms are on offer to guests. All our air-conditioned hotel rooms have a flat screen TV, a mini fridge, local Australian teas and coffee. All our Australian infused bathroom products are cruelty-free, CDEA free and paraben-free, vegan-friendly, carbon-neutral and biodegradable. Springfield provides guests with high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout, a guest lounge area, lift access and a shared guest laundry with washer, dryer and iron.
