The Brooklyn Comedy Collective is a comedy theater and school in Brooklyn with a mission to produce irreverent, fearless shows from a wide range of voices and inspire students to approach performance from a place of joy and fierceness. From year-round comedy classes to workshops for businesses large and small to improv festivals and live comedy produced Tues-Sundays nights in East Williamsburg, we celebrate anyone who wants to let their freak flag fly. Wash and Wik is a soy wax candle company based in Orlando, FL, owned by husband-and-wife team Gary and Ariel. Gary and Ariel bring a wealth of industry expertise, having spent a combined 23 years with a major Marriott brand. Gary formally in both Sales and Meetings + Events before that, while Ariel served as Director of Beverage. Together, their deep insights and extensive experience make them true hospitality professionals. They specialize in premium soy wax candles, diffusers, room sprays, essential oils, and wax melts. Their products are available in boutiques across all 50 states, and they are also proud to be featured at a prominent location in Disney Springs. Each year, they produce around 50,000 units, with 85% of them being private-label or custom-branded for their partners. Ariel personally hand-blends every scent for their candles, diffusers, room sprays, and soaps, drawing on her expertise as a Certified Sommelier (yes, a professional "wine nerd") to create unique and captivating fragrances. She carefully selects and combines essential and fragrance oils from their trusted partners to ensure each scent is perfectly balanced.
