A penalty free cancellation of the total room block and booked services is possible until 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or reduction the following conditions apply: Reduction: From 4-2 weeks prior to arrival 30% of the booked services can be cancelled free of charge. For reductions above 30 % a penalty of 100 % of the gross total amount will be charged. From 2-1 weeks prior to arrival 10% of the remaining booked services can be cancelled free of charge. For reductions above 10 % a penalty of 100 % of the gross total amount will be charged. 1 week prior to arrival no free reduction will be accepted, 100 % of the gross total amount will be charged.
