All bookings remain tentative until a $500 non-refundable deposit has been placed to secure rooms. Deposits not received within 15 days of confirmation may be subject to cancellation. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival of guest. All amendments will incur an admin fee of $25 per amendment. We would appreciate your confirmation of numbers 30 days prior to your event. The initial rooming list is required 30 days prior to date of arrival with the final naming list due 14 days before date of arrival. The resort reserves the right to automatically release any space held which has not been secured by a rooming list and any required deposit.
